1. Full job description
- Search for potential suppliers for the company, ensuring the following criteria: price, product quality, delivery time
- Implement goods purchasing plans as required by departments to keep up with work progress
- Carry out procedures and documents for import and export of goods
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure the business complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Also, monitor changes in the industry and adjust procurement strategies as necessary
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors activities related to the Purchasing department
- Other tasks as required
2. Job requirement
- Bachelor degree or college: Business, Commerce, Import-Export, or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Master knowledge of Import-Export operations
- Good communication in English, (and Chinese is significant advantage)
- Can work in a high-pressure environment.
